5ph2 Casino is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the 5ph2 platform. As data controller, 5ph2 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that such processing complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and all applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

This Policy applies to all personal data collected through the 5ph2 website at https://5ph2.app, the 5ph2 mobile interface, customer support interactions, and any other touchpoint through which you interact with 5ph2. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be referenced on the platform.

06 Data Sharing & Disclosure

5ph2 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your financial transactions;
• KYC & Compliance Providers: Identity verification and AML screening service providers engaged to assist with regulatory compliance;
• Technology Service Providers: Cloud hosting, platform infrastructure, and cybersecurity providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements;

07 Data Retention

5ph2 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and regulation. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with 5ph2, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements;
• KYC & Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, or longer if required by PAGCOR or AMLC regulations;
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with AMLA obligations;
• Gaming History: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session, for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent, plus two (2) years following withdrawal of consent or account closure.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes, as it can no longer be used to identify you.

• Incident Response: 5ph2 maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

11 Minors & Age Restriction

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the 5ph2 platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

As part of our KYC process, all players are required to verify their age before being permitted to deposit funds or access real-money games. This verification requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all 5ph2 accounts without exception.

12 International Data Transfers

In some cases, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where our technology service providers or game studios operate servers in other jurisdictions.
